摘要
氟碳喷涂由于其优异的耐候性,广泛应用于建筑行业。在涂装作业中,由于工艺及操作不当,导致油漆损耗量大,这困扰企业管理者。针对减少油漆耗量做了相关的试验,研究了旋杯及喷枪流量与型材膜厚的对应关系;型材斜面不同位置与膜厚的关系;旋杯开启数目与膜厚的关系;型材上排的工艺及喷涂工艺对油漆耗量的影响。结果表明:随喷漆流量上升达到一定后,漆膜厚度的增长率会出现下降;型材斜面远端及近端最大膜厚差异为4μm^5μm;同等流量情况下,开启两个旋杯可提高上漆率及膜厚均匀性;合理的上排工艺及喷涂工艺可减少油漆浪费。
Fluorine carbon spraying is widely used in construction industry because of its excellent weather resistance. Improper process and operation lead to serious paint loss, which has troubled enterprise managers. The experiments on reducing paint consumption were con- ducted to study the relations between the film thickness and the flow of the rotary cup and the spray gun, between the film thickness and different positions on the profile slope, between the film thickness and the opening number of rotary cups, as well as the influence of the ground- ing and spraying process on paint consumption. The results show that the growth rate of film thickness will fall when the spraying flow reachs a certain degree. The biggest film thickness difference between the distal and proximal of the profile slope is 4 μm-5 μm. The painting ratio and film thickness uniformity will increase, when opening two cups although the flow is the same. Reasonable grounding and spraying process can reduce paint consumption.
