摘要
中药市场存在比较严重的信息不对称,可能导致"Lemons"效应。第三方认证(third-party certification,TPC)解决信息不对称的重要手段之一。因此道地药材和规格等级认证开始作为重要的补充机制进行推广。然而中药市场最严重的信息不对称并非在资源市场环节,而是在药品市场环节。彻底解决中药市场的信息不对称,需要建立一种机制,将质量信号传递到终端药品市场中。该文研究制定了中药企业质量信誉指数作为质量传递信号,该指数可以从专业角度综合反映中药质量,具有现实可行性。该文对中药经济和管理具有参考意义。
Traditional Chinese medicine market is a typical market with information asymmetry, which may lead to " lemons" problem. Third-Party Certification is efficient path to solve the problem of information asymmetry. For this reason geo-authentie and commodity classes certification seems to be very important. But as we know, information asymmetry happen in the stages of traditional Chinese patent medicines market. So a signaling transfer mechanism, which can deliver the quality signal,is badly needed in TCM mar- ket. This paper analysis and design of signaling transfer mechanism based on Third-Party Certification, which called quality prestige in- dex of TCM enterprises(QPITCM). QPITCM can display quality information as a signal run through the TCM market.
