摘要
采用碳酸钠加氧化剂回收焙烧钼精矿氨浸浸渣中的钼,使氨浸渣中钼含量由5.0%降到1.0%左右,回收率90%;同时对5 g/L左右的碱浸液,采用溶剂萃取法进行回收,通过萃取、洗涤、反萃等工艺参数控制,使碱浸液钼含量从5 g/L降到0.5 g/L以下,反萃液钼含量90 g/L左右,达到钼的回收利用目的。
Molybdenum was recovered from ammonia leaching residue using sodium carbonate and oxidizer, molyb- denum content in slag is reduced from 5% to 1% with the recovery rate of 90% ; at the same time, about 5g/L al- kaline leaching solution was recovered by solvent extraction. Through extraction, washing, stripping process and other parameter controls, the alkali extract molybdenum content was reduced from 5g/L to 0.5g/L below, stripping liquid molybdenum content is about 90 g/L, achieving the target of reutilization of molybdenum.
