川威集团炼铁厂高炉高钒钛矿比例冶炼烟煤混喷生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 烟煤混喷生产作为高炉实现低成本喷吹的一项关键措施,被大量采用。我厂由于工艺设备落伍、储煤场地狭小、煤炭资源差等原因,烟煤混喷生产水平较低。为了平衡煤炭资源结构、促进喷煤成本下降,同时利用含烟煤混合煤粉燃烧性能好的特点,为实行高钒钛矿比例冶炼的高炉炉况稳定和喷煤技术经济指标提升创造条件,炼铁厂通过管理措施改进和多项工艺设置改造,使喷煤制粉生产操作控制水平大幅提升,使烟煤混喷生产水平达到了国际国内较先进的水平。 The bituminous coal injection production mix as blast furnace to implement low cost injection of a key measures, is used in great quantities. Our factory because process equipment behind, coal storage yard to narrow, coal resources characteristics of poor poor reason, bituminous coal mix spray production level is low. In order to balance the coal resource structure, promote the cost down coal injection, at the same time use mixed with bituminous coal pulverized coal burning good performance characteristics for the high vanadium, titanium ore ratio of blast furnace condition of smelting stability and coal injection tech- nology economic indicators ascension creates the condition, management measures to improve and iron through many process set transform, make the coal powder production operation control level increases, make the bituminous coal production level of the mixed spray domestic and international advanced level.
