摘要
川威集团炼钢厂通过优化供氧制度、使用三孔氧枪、控制提钒过程温度及加强熔池搅拌等措施,提高了钒的氧化率,降低了半钢残钒含量,提高了钒渣品位,使炼钢厂提钒钒回收率得到了较大的提升。
Through optimize the oxygen supply, sue the 3 jets of oxygen lance, control temperature and strengthen the rabble of furnace hearth. Chuanwei Group Steel Plant raise the oxygenation efficiency of va- nadium, reduce the content of vanadium of the semi steel, raise the grade of vanadium slag, and large in- crease of the recovery of vanadium.
