摘要
政府与民间的关系既体现教育改革和发展的社会支持结构,也制约教育改革和发展的广度与深度。以历史的眼光来看,我国教育改革和发展的社会支持经历了从政府力量"单向控制"到政府力量与民间力量"左右摇摆"的发展过程,并有可能走向一种双方相互促进和制衡的"双向运动"状态。如何促成社会支持从左右摇摆走向双向运动成为当下推进教育改革和发展的重要课题。
The relationship of government and civil society not only reflects the structure of social support for education reform and development, but also restricts the breadth and depth of education reform and development. In a historical perspective, the social support of education reform and de-velopment in China went through a development process from government' s top-down control to wa-vering between left and right in the interaction between government and civil society, and there is a possibility to go toward a double movement of their mutual promotion and balance. It' s an urgent project that how to facilitate the double movement of social support to promote education reform and development.
