摘要
通过调查小学教师对自身教育经验的看法,探索建立基于工作经验的继续教育教学模式的现实可能性。在此基础上,构建基于受训者工作经验的继续教育教学模式,以期为提高继续教育教学效果提供思路。
By surveying and collecting the views of the primary school teachers' working experiences, the building of teaching - learning mode of continuing education based on trainees' working experiences is possibly realized. Based on this survey, the learning mode could be built, which can provide useful suggestions on improving teaching - learning effects of the continuing education.
