摘要
师范生教育实习阶段反思能力的培养,对形成教育者自主意识和形成反思习惯至关重要。在个案分析的基础上,尝试对反思性教育实习的理论基础、它对推动实习生教育智慧形成、教育情感培育、教育技能增进的作用,以及如何更好地在教育实习中提高反思的效用作相关论述。
How to foster students" reflective ability in the period of Normal Student's Educa tional Practice is so important for the shaping of their independent consciousness and their reflective habits. On the basic of the analysis of the case, the author tries to discuss the theoretical basic of re-flective Pre--service Teaching Practice, its good for the informing of educational wisdom,the nurtur ing of their educational emotional, developing their educational skills. Finally,how to do better in or der to enhance the effectiveness of reflection on Normal Student's Educational Practice.
