科学发展观与党的思想路线之辨

Analysis on the Scientific Development View and the Thoughts Held by the Chinese Communist Party

党的十八大报告把科学发展观同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想一道确定为党必须长期坚持的指导思想。科学发展观正式列入党的指导思想,是我党的政治大事件,对于党的全局工作具有方向性意义。作为指导思想的科学发展观与党的思想路线是密切相关的。科学发展观是党的思想路线的理论升华和实践路径,党的思想路线是科学发展观的产生基础。厘清二者关系,可以更好地理解科学发展观,遵循党的思想路线,在实践中保持二者的有机统一。

The report at the 18th General Congress of the Chinese Communist Party regulated that the Scientific Development View, Marxism, Mao Zedong’s Thoughts, Deng Xiaoping’s Theories, and the “Three Represents” Thought should be adhered to by the Chinese Communist Party （the C.C.P.） as the guiding thoughts in the long term. It is an important political event for the C.C.P. to include the Scientific Development View into her guiding thoughts, which is significant to conduct her general work. As one of the guiding thoughts, the Scientific Development View is closely related to the thoughts held by the C.C.P. The Scientific Development View is the theoretical sublimation and approaches to following the thoughts, while the thoughts are the foundation for the Scientific Development View. We should, make clear the relationship between the two aspects, so as to understand the Scientific Development View better, to follow the thoughts held by the C.C.P., and to realize the organic unity of the two aspects.
