互联网信息时代,网络舆论监督逐渐成为预防国家行政腐败、百姓参与国家政治生活、党和国家领导人与百姓沟通交流的平台。但是,网络舆论监督也存在信息真实性较差、舆论监督与法律相冲突等问题。因此,应构建和谐网络舆论监督体系,并采取其他相应的措施。

In the times full of online information, the supervision from online public opinions is gradually becoming a platform to prevent corruption of national administration, to make the public participate in national political life, and to help state leaders communicate with the public. However, the supervision also shows disadvantages such as poor information authenticity, conflicts between supervision and law, and so on. Therefore, we should construct a harmonious system for the supervision from online public opinions, and take relative measures as well.
