摘要
肩关节进行旋转等速测试时采取的体位有站位、坐位和仰卧位,上臂摆放的平面有冠状面、矢状面和肩胛面。不同的测试体位及上臂摆放平面对肩关节旋转等速测试结果的影响各异。通过文献资料调研就国外研究不同体位和上臂的摆放平面对肩关节旋转等速测试及重测信度影响的成果进行分析综述。研究发现,相比较冠状面和矢状面,上臂处于肩胛面最适合肩关节等速旋转肌力测试;对运动员肩关节进行旋转等速测试应采取坐位,而对肩关节损伤患者进行旋转肌力测试评估以及肩关节损伤后的康复力量恢复训练应采取仰卧位;采取坐位,上臂处于肩胛面测得的肩关节旋转肌群峰力矩值的可靠性高,而旋转肌群峰力矩比值的可靠性较峰力矩值低。
The positions of the isokinetic testing of shoulder joint include stand, sit and supine, the plane of arms placed involves coronal plane, sagittal and scapular plane. Different posture and arm placed plane have a different impact on the strength of the shoulder rotator. By the method of literature review, this paper reviewed the methods and the test-retest reliability of the shoulder isokinetic rotation testing, provided the reference for domestic shoulder isokinetic rotation testing. The result showed that the scapular plane was most suitable for isokinetic ro- tator test of the shoulder joint in contrast with coronal and sagittal plane, sit position should be used in isokinetic rotator test of the shoulder joint, but someone with injure on the shoulder and rehabilitative strength training should take supine position, the reliability of rotators peak torque was very high when take sit position and arm in the scapular plane, but reliability of the ratio between rotators peak torque was lower than the peak torque value.
