太极拳特定动作和瑜伽特定动作练习对白领员工腰腹部成分代谢的调查研究 被引量:8

摘要 探讨太极拳特定动作和瑜伽特定动作练习对公司白领员工腰腹部成分代谢的影响,从而为合理减肥和大众健身提供理论依据。研究方法:从上海3所不同的公司抽选30名腰腹部微胖的白领员工,随机分为3组,一组进行6个月的太极拳特定动作的训练,另一组进行6个月的瑜伽特定动作练习,第3组作空白组。分别于练习前、3个月后、6个月后测量3组白领员工的体重、腰围值、腰腹部脂肪含量、腰腹部脂肪百分比。结果:3个月的太极拳特定动作和瑜伽特定动作练习,白领员工体重、腰围值、腰腹部脂肪含量、腰腹部脂肪百分比均有了显著下降(P<0.05);6个月的太极拳特定动作和瑜伽特定动作练习,白领员工体重、腰围值、腰腹部脂肪含量、腰腹部脂肪百分比有了非常显著的下降(P<0.01)。然后空白组受试白领员工体重、腰围值、腰腹部脂肪含量、腰腹部脂肪百分比均有小幅上升。结论:太极拳特定动作和瑜伽特定动作练习可以促进白领员工腰腹部脂肪的分解代谢,有助于白领员工腰腹部减重,有利于减肥和健身。 To discuss the influence on waist-abdomen components company by practicing the specific Taiiiquan postures and yoga postures in order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable weight-losing and fitness. Methods: 30 waist and abdomen slightly fat white-collar employees are selected from three different companies in Shanghai, they are randomly divided into three groups, one group will practice the specific Taijiquan pos tures for six months, another group will do specific Yoga postures for six months, the third group will be a blank group. The white-collar employees' body weight, waistline circumference (WC), waist and abdominal fat, waist and abdomen fat percentage will be measured before ex ercise, after three months and after six months in these three groups. Results:the white-collar employees' waist circumference, weight, waist and abdomen fat, waist and abdomen fat per centage in both Taijiquan group and Yoga group are significantly decreased (P〈0.05) after three months. Then the white collar employees ' waist circumference, weight, waist and abdo men the contents of fat, waist and abdomen fat percentage in both Taijiquan group and Yoga group has decreased significantly (P〈0. 01 ) after six months. However, the white-collar em ployees' waist circumference, weight, waist and abdomen the contents of fat, waist and abdo- men fat percentage in blank group has raised slightly, Conclusion: the specific Taiiiquan and Yoga postures can promote catabolism of waist and abdomen fat of white-collar employees, helps white-collar employees lose weight, and is a good way for people's fitness.
