我国青少年运动员注册管理的现状分析与对策研究

Research on Present Situation and Strategies of Youth Athletes Registration Management

采用文献资料调研、专家访谈法和实地研究法,就我国青少年运动员注册管理的现状以及工作开展中存在的对青少年运动员注册管理工作的重要性认识不足、功利主义等不良风气形成了做假的土壤、个人身份信息管理体系等问题及原因进行了深入剖析。最后,研究提出了要提高对青少年运动员注册工作重要性的认识、加强宣传教育以营造青少年运动员培养的良好氛围、健全国家体育总局内部的管理体系等建议。

By using the methods ol literature review, expert interview per makes a deeply analysis on the present situation of our youth athletes registration manage ment and the problems such as the discounting of the importance of thework, utilitarianism, personal identity information management system and the reasons for the problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward including the improving recognition of the importance of youth athletes registration work, strengthening the education to build the good atmosphere of youth athletes training, perfecting the inner management system within General Administration of Sport of China.
