摘要
国有企业改制之后,赋予了市场经济下的新工会以新的历史责任,工会在企业民主管理中扮演着维护职工合法权益、维护企业利益、构建民主和谐企业、促进社会和谐稳定的重要角色。如何发挥好参与、维护、建设、教育等工会特有效能,搭建企业民主管理平台,规避企业民主管理中的负效能,是新时期企业工会面临的最严肃的问题。新时期的工会,要始终把促进企业盈利,职工增收作为最终落脚点,变被动为主动,变推动力为牵引力,以民主管理为载体发挥好桥梁功能,企业工会才不是"空架子"。
After the reform of state-owned enterprises, new trade unions are given new historical responsibility in market economy, playing an important role in maintaining staff legitimate rights and enterprise interests and in constructing a democratic and harmonious enterprise and in promoting a social harmony and stability. How to play in the participation, maintenance, construction, education and other specific perfor- mance of Trade Unions and how to build enterprise democratic management platforms and avoid negative performance in the enterprise democratic management are the most serious problems for enterprises trade u- nions.
