通过对口岸地区人口文化素质的问卷调查及其分析,探究"桥头堡建设"下边境口岸地区人口文化素质的发展现状并提出相应对策:推进"桥头堡"战略宣传与实施的深度融合;整合资源,努力改善政府和社会投资条件;发展远程教育,充分利用现代教育技术手段发展教育培养人才;建立健全边境口岸地区人口文化素质科学评估体系。

The study border crossings under the focuses on the current population development and the cultural quality of ＂bridgehead strategy＂ through a questionnaire and its analysis and proposes some corresponding measures to advance a deep blending of communication and implementation of the ＂bridgehead strategy＂ , to integrate resources to improve investment conditions for government and society, to develop distance learning to make full use of modem educational technology for the development of education and personnel training and to establish a sound scientific population assessment system for the population cultural qualities of the border crossings.
