摘要
以云南国防工业职业技术学院国际酒店管理专业为例,分析酒店管理专业开设双语课程的必要性及现实意义。在了解国内外双语教学模式的基础上,根据初期开展双语教学的实践经验,发现酒店管理专业教学实践中面临的困境,并从中外合作的实际出发,结合双语课程的目标及专业课程特点,探索一种符合实际可操作的双语教学模式。
The necessity and practical significance of bilingual courses for hotel management program are analyzed by the example of the students majoring in hotel management program in Yunnan Vocational and Technical College of National Defense Industry. Based on domestic and foreign bilingual teaching models, an attempt is made to find the plight in the practice of early bilingual teaching in hotel management program, and explore a operational bilingual teaching model from the actual Sino-foreign cooperation by combining the purpose of bilingual course with the characteristics of international hotel management program.
