高校规范收费存在的问题及对策研究

Problems in Standardized Fee-collecting of Colleges and Universities and their Solution

在云南创建规范教育收费示范高校活动中,发现一些亟待解决的问题。通过在部分省内高校教育收费管理过程中的具体实践和分析,总结切实可行的整改措施,提出建立高校教育收费规范管理长效机制的对策和思路。

Some problems have been found in the standardized education fee-collecting of colleges and universities in Yunnan. Through the actual practice and analysis of educational fee-collecting management in some part of higher learning institutions in Yunnan province, the paper summarizes several practical and feasible measures and proposes some strategies and ideas to establish a long-term management mechanism for standardized educational fee-collecting.
