Briefly on the Construction of Mobile Library of Open University

移动图书馆的建设作为一所现代开放大学信息化建设水平、科研基础和资源建设等方面的重要标志,是开放大学建设发展的一项公共服务基础。在移动图书馆建设中,馆藏数字资源移动化、资源利用率的提高、跨库资源统一查询、地域及网段限制的突破、实现多终端样式的自适应及同一版式的全文阅读等问题是移动图书馆需要解决的关键问题。

The construction of mobile libraries, as an important symbol of information technology, scientific research base and resource building of modern Open University, is a public service infrastructure for the development of Open University. In the construction of the mobile libraries, library mobile digital resources, resource utilization rate, unified cross-database queries, breakthrough of regional and network segment limit, multi-terminal adaptive style and the same layout and reading are key issues to be solved. The development and the application of the mobile libraries are described and the development direction of the mobile libraries of higher learning institutions in an open environment is discussed.
