本文对近年来我国地方政府陆续出台的行政问责立法进行了比较全面的考察和分析,认为我国行政问责的地方立法在结构体系和主要内容上有共通之处,但是也发现其立法内容的差异。根据立法内容的差异文章发现了其中存在的问题,此文以期为中央层面的问责制度的立法提供借鉴意见。

In recent years , the local government has carried on a series the legislations about administrative accountability in China. The difference main contents ,the characteristics and the differences are discovered in this article. According to the cause of the difference,the paper found the problem of the legislations about administrative accountability. To improve the suggestion for the legislations about administrative accountability the in central government and National People＇ s Congress is the aim of the article.
