中国基层协商民主建设路径探析

The Research of the Methods of Construction of Chinese Deliberative Democracy at the Grass-roots Level

中国基层协商民主除了具备协商民主的一般特征,还具备中国特色的特殊特征。当前,中国基层协商民主在推进当中取得了重要成果,但也存在许多问题。为此,应积极探索建立适合我国国情的基层协商民主机制,实现基层协商民主的制度化。

Chinese deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level has the general characteristics of deliberative democracy, it also has the special features of Chinese characteristics. At present, in advance of Chinese deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level, it has made important achievements, but there are also many problems. Therefore, suitable conditions of deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level mechanism accord with China’s national conditions should be actively explore to establish, so as to realize deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level of institutionalization.
