摘要
脂肪是动物机体必不可少的营养物质和组成成分,作者回顾了近年来国内外与单胃动物相关的脂肪营养研究进展,结合脂肪在体内的消化吸收,分别从脂肪的生物学功能及其在动物生产中的应用等方面进行综述,为脂肪在动物生产上更好的利用及其作用机制的探讨提供参考。
Fat is an essential element for animal. The paper reviewed recent research progress on fat nutrition in monogastric animal at home and abroad, combining with the fat digestion and absorbing form in animal body, and summarized biological function and application of fat in production, so as to provide theoretical basis for better utilization of fat in animal production and exploration its mechanism of action.
