猪流行性腹泻病毒研究进展及疫苗应用前景

Research Progress and Vaccine Prospect of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus

近年来猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)的发生率呈上升趋势,给养猪业造成的损失加大。作者综述了各地学者针对该病毒的分离鉴定、毒株变异分群及分子生物学等各方面的研究进展,结合当前疫苗免疫的效果,产品开发的方向,为开发更好的疫苗产品提供资料和前景展望。

In recent years, the epidemic intensity of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus （PEDV） have continuously enlarged, causing a huge economic losses in pig industry. This paper summarizes the research progress on the isolation and identification, variation, molecular biology of PEDV. This paper based on the current immunity results ot the PEDV vaccines, the research and development direction of PEDV production, with a view to the new, more useful product of PEDV.
