摘要
在 10 0mmol/LNaCl条件下 ,伽蓝菜、碱蓬、白刺、滨藜、沙枣等 5种不同类型植物根部木质部液中Na+ 浓度都低于外界培养液中Na+ 浓度 ,说明 5种植物根部都有一定的拒Na+ 作用 ;但是叶片Na+ 含量与根部的拒Na+ 作用并没有明显的相关性 ,而与植物的相对蒸腾速率和相对生长速率呈显著的正相关 .
Nonhalophyte Kalancboe daigremotiana,salt_dilution halophyte halophyte Suaeda salsa, Nitraria sibiria,recretohalophyte Atriplex centralasiatica and salt_tolerant Elaeagnus angustifolia were treated with 100 mmol/L NaCl.The results indicated that Na + concentrations in xylem sap of roots(including stem_bases) of five species were all lower than 100 mmol/L,which indicated that roots of five spieces all possessed some sodium_exclusion ability.But leaf Na + content were not relative to sodium_exclusion of roots, while it was positively correlative to relative transpiration rate and relative growth rate. Relative transpiration rate and relative growth rate were also positively correlative.
