摘要
目的 了解当前基层医疗机构医务人员及患者对药品不良反应(ADR)的认知水平,为进一步提高ADR上报率制订针对性的干预措施.方法 通过现场问卷调查的方式了解医院医务人员(n=261)和患者(n=25)ADR知识.结果 医务人员对ADR的定义答对率为62.8%,认为应报告所见ADR占42.9%,但仅有12.3%报告过ADR;认为ADR与医疗纠纷或医疗质量有关占34.1%.患者对ADR知识的认知度(28%~40%)非常欠缺.结论 医务人员以及患者对ADR的认识尚有待于提高,应常组织ADR知识培训及宣教,以提升ADR上报率.
Objective To understand the cognitive levels of primary hospital medical staff and patients about adverse drug reactions(ADR), and to develop the targeted intervention measures for further improvement in ADR reporting rate. Methods The ADR knowledge of medical staff (n=261) and patients(n=25) were investigated using questionnaire. Results Among the medical staff,62.8% gave the correct answer to the definition of ADR,42.9% thought that ADR should be reported,but only 12.3% reported ADR. In addition,34.1% thought that ADR was correlated with medical disputes or medical care quality. Patient awareness of ADR knowledge was very lacking(28%-40%). Conclusion The ADR knowledge need to be improved in medical staff and patients. ADR knowledge training and mission should be organized to improve the ADR reporting rate.
