On the Training of Software Talents in Zhangjiakou

软件技术人才缺乏为当下制约张家口经济发展的主要因素,经济欠发达地区引进人才难,留住人才更难。分析张家口软件技术人才资源存在的问题和目前状况,提出张家口吸引并留住软件技术人才的方案及张家口软件技术人才培养对策。

Currently, lack of software talents has become the main obstruction in the development of the underdeveloped regions in the city of Zhangjiakou. It is difficult for the underdeveloped regions to introduce the talents and to let them stay in these regions. This paper analyzes the situation of and the problems with the software talents in Zhangjiakou, and makes some proposals for the training of software talents and for attracting them.
