摘要
建立了灌服银杏叶提取物的小鼠的适量游泳和力竭游泳实验模型 ,测其血液中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)的活力 .结果表明 ,灌服银杏叶提取物的小鼠的GSH -Px活力显著高于各自的对照组 ,因此 ,服用银杏叶提取物可减轻运动所产生的内源自由基O-2 、H2 O2 、及有机过氧化物对小鼠的伤害 ,说明银杏叶提取物具有较强的抗自由基损伤和抗脂质过氧化损伤的作用 ,是天然自由基清除剂 .
The authors set up an experimental model of animals by pouring EGb through the throats of two groups of rats and then making one group swim for a proper period and another swim for an exhausting period. The activities of GSH-Px of their blood are examined. It turns out that the activities of GSH-Px are much higher than their respective contrastive group. Therefore EGb can alleviate the effect of endogenous free radical on rats produced by exercise. EGb plays a very impratant role against the effect of free radical and lipis poeroxide. It is a kind of natural scavenger of free voadical.
