摘要
本文对南京市10年来(2003年以来)竞得土地自土地成交日至项目首次申领预销售许可证进行了详细的调研,以求证南京市土地开发周期到底多长,从而对土地闲置认定标准进行界定,从而引发思考,并提出相关建议。
This paper focuses on a detailed research on competing land from land transaction date to the project for the first time to apply for pre-sale permit of Nanjing since 2003. In order to verify how long the land development cycle of Nanjing is, and to define the standard of idle land, the paper provokes thoughts, and makes recommendations.
