信阳现代物流业发展现状 存在问题及对策研究

信阳物流企业以传统物流业务为主,大多数企业从事单一的运输和仓储业务,物流企业规模小,服务水平不高,缺少现代物流意识,物流管理人才缺乏。政府及相关部门要加强对物流业发展的宏观引导和研究,合理规划物流布局,建立物流人才储备,推动信阳现代物流业的发展。

At present, there are some problems in Xinyang modem logistics. Logistic enterprises operate mainly in tradi- tional ways, most of them are still engaging single transportation and warehousing operations, logistic enterprises are placed in small scale, lower service level, and lack modem logistics consciousness and managers in logistics as well. Thus, logistics distribution should be planned reasonably. The government and relevant departments should intensify the macroscopic guidance and study of the development of modem logistics, and build Xinyang talent＇s reserve, combining with the characteristics of Xinyang, to promote the development of modem logistics.
