梓木草药酒配合抗痨药物治疗颈部淋巴结核

Curing neck lymphatic tuberculosis with Zi mu cao and antituberculosis drug

目的 :评价中西医结合治疗此病的疗效。方法 :选择 10 0例经病理确诊 ,按中医辩证为痰凝气滞型颈部淋巴结核 ,随机抽样分治疗组 50例 ,对照组 50例。治疗组方案 :梓木草药酒配合正规化疗抗痨方案 (2月 HRSZ+ 7月 HRZ) ,对照组方案类同治疗组的化疗抗痨方案 ,通过观察两组消核时间、副作用、总疗效率及复发率 (P<0 .0 5)。结果 :治疗组能达到消核快、不增加副作用 ,治愈率为 75% ,总有效率为 96 % ,复发率为 0 %。结论

Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of intergrated Chinese and weastern medicine in treating neck lymphatic tuberculosis.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]100 cases of patients with neck lymphatic tuberculosis were diagnosed by pathology and classified as phlegm and qi stagnant type by analyzing and differenting pathological conditions in accordance with TCM standard.They were randomly divided into two groups,each group included 50 cases of the patients.The treament group were treated with regular antituberculous chemotherapy(2HRSZ/7HRZ)and Zimucao,the control group simply with chemotherapy similar to that of the treatment group.In two groups,the eliminating enlarged lymph nodes time,side effects,total effetive and recurrence rates(P<0.05)were observed.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The rates of cure,effectiveness and recurrence were 75%,96% and 0% respectively in treatment group.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]The study showed that intergrated traditional Chinese and westem medicines has synergetic effect and is helpful in eliminating focus rapidly without increasing side effect.
