高校观光旅游类专业顶岗实习模式的探索研究——以信阳农林学院旅游管理系顶岗实习为例

对我校旅游管理系顶岗实习企业、学生、指导教师进行了大规模调查、研究,探析了我校观光旅游专业顶岗实习的成功模式。领导重视、制定计划是顶岗实习成功的保障;遴选理想实习基地是顶岗实习成功的基础;科学决策、认真实施是顶岗实习成功的关键;以生为本是顶岗实习成功的前提。

We carried out a large -scale investigation and research on students, teachers, enterprises about the post practice of tourism management department, and analyzed the successful model of post practice. The leader takes it seri- ously and making the plan is to ensure the successful practice. The selection of ideal practice base is the foundation of successful internship. Scientific decision -making, implementation is the key to the success of the internship. Students oriented is the prerequisite for successful internship.
