兰索拉唑短程三联治疗幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

The effect of a short triple therapy with Lansoprazole for helicobacter pylori infection

目的 :观察兰索拉唑联用克拉霉素及阿莫西林一周对幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染的十二指肠溃疡病人疗效。方法 :将 83例胃镜证实有 HP感染十二指肠溃疡病人随机分成两组 ,A组 30例 ,口服兰索拉唑 30 mg,阿莫西林 50 0 mg,克拉霉素 50 0 mg,用法每天二次 ,疗程一周 ,B组 53例 ,口服兰索拉唑 30 mg,每天一次 ,阿莫西林 50 0 mg,甲硝唑 2 0 0 mg,每天四次 ,疗程两周 ,治疗四周后复查胃镜了解溃疡愈合及 HP根除率。结果 :HP根除率 A组 96 .7% ,高于 B组 77.4 % (P<0 .0 5)。溃疡愈合率 A组93.3% ,与 B组 92 .5%相似 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :兰索拉唑联用克拉霉素及阿莫西林一周是目前较理想根除

Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To evaluate the effect of a new triple therapy with lansoprazole plas amoxicillin and clarithromycin for one week on the patients with Duodenal ulcer and Helicobacter Pylori(HP)infection.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]83 patients with Duodenal ulcer and HP infection,which were confirmed by endoscopy,Were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A received lansoprazole 30mg bid ,amoxictllin 500mg bid and clarithromycin 500mg bid for one week,while group B received lamsoprazole 30mg qd,amoxicillin 500mg qid and metronidazole 200mg qid for two weeks.Four weeks after completion of therapy,we reviewed these patients by endoscopy to know the heal of ulcer and eradication rate of HP.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The eradication rate of group A(96.7%)was significantly higher than that of group B(77.4%,P<0.05).The ulcer heal rate of group A(93.3%)was similiar to that of group B(92.5%,P>0.05).[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]one week therapy with lansoprazole amoxicillin and clarithromycin is an ideal treatment for eradication of Hp infection.
