结核性胸膜炎发生胸膜肥厚72例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 72 Cases of Pleural Thickening in Patients with Tuberculsis Pleuritis

目的 :为探讨结核性胸膜炎发生胸膜肥厚的有关因素。方法 :对 142例结核性胸膜炎作回顾性研究。结果 :患者的就诊时间、年龄、胸水中蛋白质的含量以及抽液与否与胸膜肥厚有关 ,而胸水量的多少与胸膜肥厚的发生无关。结论

Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To explore the related factors on pleural thickening due to tuberculous pleuritis.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ] 142 cases were reviewed. [WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]Factors of patients age ,the content of protein in pleural effusion and aspiration of effusion were associated with the frequency of pleural thcikening.[WT5HZ]Conclusion: [WT5BZ]Rational and active antituberculous chemotherapy and aspiration of effusion are essential to the prevention of pleural thickening. [WT5HZ]
