普萘洛尔对去甲肾上腺素性心肌损害心肌细胞膜结合Ca^(2+)影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Propranolol on Ca^(2+) on Noradrenal Myocardium inzuied Cytomembrane

目的 :探讨普萘洛尔防治去甲肾上腺素性心肌损害的作用机理。方法 :兔经耳静脉滴注去甲肾上腺素 1ml/ kg,持续 90 min,同时设普萘洛尔预防组和生理盐水对照组。动物用药后 4 8h处死 ,取心室肌观察心肌细胞膜 Ca2 + 结合情况。结果 :去甲肾上腺素组线粒体内大量 Ca2 + 积聚 ,肌膜、肌浆网膜及闰盘上均无 Ca2 + 沉淀物 ,普萘洛尔可明显改善上述现象。结论 :普萘洛尔对去甲肾上腺素性心肌损害的保护作用与防止膜结合 Ca2 +丢失及细胞内 Ca2

Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To research The actaon mechanism of Protranolol on the treatment of the myocardial injury of noradrenan .[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]Noradrenaline was dripped into the ear veins in rabbits,1ml for per kilogram for 90minutes:meanwhile,treatment group with Propranolol and control group with normal saline were made;48 hours later,the Ca 2+ on ventricular cytomembrane wis issayed.[WT5HZ]Result:[WT5BZ]In the treatment group,the Ca 2+ accumulated in the mitochondrion while no Ca 2+ on accumulated in sarolemma,sarcoplasmic retaculum and intercalate disk;Propranolol could obviously improve the phenomina.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The action of Propranolol in the protection of myocardial injury of doradrenaline was related to the Ca 2+ .[WT5HZ]
