甘利欣和复方丹参合用治疗慢性乙型肝炎远期疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of combined therapy of diammonium glycyrrhizinate with salviate milttiorrhize in treating chronic hepatitis B

目的 :观察甘利欣联用复方丹参对慢性乙型肝炎 (慢乙肝 )的疗效 ;方法 :将 2 0 6例慢乙肝病人随机分为 2组 ,第 1组 12 6例采用甘利欣联用复方丹参。第 2组 80例用门冬氨酸钾镁或肝勃宁 ,疗程均为 6个月。结果 :治疗结束时 2组 ALT复常率分别为 88.8% ,72 .5% ;SB复常率为 86 .1% ,56 .2 % ;A/ G比值的复常率分别为 6 9% ,36 %。两组比较均有显著差异 P<0 .0 1。 HBe Ag阴转率分别为 34.1% ,11.2 % ;HBV— DNA阴转率分别为 33.3% ,10 % ;抗— HBe阳转率分别为 2 1.4 % ,2 .5%。两组比较均有显著差异 P<0 .0 0 1。停药后随访 3年 ,第 1组复发率 2 5% ,死亡率 4 .4 % ;第 2组复发率4 3.1% ,死亡率 15.5% ,两组比较差异显著 P<0 .0 5。结论

Objective:[WT5BZ]To evaluate the therapeutic results of the combination regimen of Diammonium glycyrrhizinate with Salviate milttiorrhize on chronic hepatitis B.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]206 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into 2 groups at random.The group I (126 cases) were given Diammonium glycyrrhizinate and Salviate milttiorrhize.The group Ⅱ took potassium or Dangfel Liganning capsules.The therapeutic course were 6 months.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]By the end of therapy the normalization rates of ALT in group I and group Ⅱ were 88.8% and 72.5% respectively,SB 86.1% and 56.2%,A/G 69% and 36% (P<0.01).Negative converting rates of HBeAg were 34.1% and 11.2%,HBV-DNA 33.3% and 10%,anti HBe 24.1% and 2.5%(P<0.001).After finishing the treatment,three yearss follow up showed the rates of recurrence and death of group I were 25 and 4.4% respectively,and group Ⅱ 43.1% and 15.5% (P<0.05).[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The Diammonium glycyrrhizinate with salviate milttiorrhize is effective and safe in treating chronic hepatitis B.
