摘要
骨肉瘤是危害儿童和青少年最常见的原发性骨肿瘤,因其预后差和易转移等特点,现已经成为医学界亟需攻克的难题.大量的文献报道证实免疫治疗能有效的提升宿主的抗肿瘤免疫应答和杀伤肿瘤作用,是恶性肿瘤或难治性肿瘤的重要的辅助治疗手段.因而总结分析免疫治疗在骨肉瘤中的研究进展,展望免疫治疗能在骨肉瘤的治疗中取得的更好的临床效果很有意义.
Osteosarcoma（OS） is the most common primary bone tumors that endangers children and adolescent and challenges the medical community because of its poor prognosis and metastasis.Currently,abundant literatures have reported that immunotherapy could enhance antitumor immune response and inhibit tumor growth,metastasis to some extent.This review summarized the recent reports and expectation on the clinical outcome in the future.
