An Empirical Investigation and Analysis on Current Situations of Resettlement of Key Water Resources Development in Minority Areas as Yunnan, Guizhou,and Guangxi——An Investigation on Relocation of People from Longtan Reservoir

滇黔桂边民族地区重大水资源开发对移民的生产、生活造成了较大影响,土地资源匮乏、生产开发不足、移民收入来源减少,但在地方政府的扶持与引导下,库区生产生活得到了较好的恢复与发展。文章选取龙滩水库库区移民为研究对象,对其目前的生产、生活恢复现状进行实证分析,旨在实证了解移民安置后的生产生活恢复与发展情况,有效解决移民的遗留发展问题。

Development of key water resources in minority border areas sucn as xunnan Guizhou,and Guangxi results in great impact on the immigrants production and life. There land resources are scare production and development lacking immigrants income source re- duces. But supported and guided by the local governments,production and life in the reservoirs recover and develop in a fairly good way. Choosing Longtan Reservoir resettlement as its sub- ject,this paper give an empirical analysis on the current situation of recoveries of production and life there in the hope of empirically understanding the situations of production and life r- coveries and development after relocation,and effectively solving developing issues remaining af- ter resettlement.
