少数民族院校医学生职业信念影响因素调查分析——以内蒙古民族大学医学院为例

Investigation on the Influencing Factors of the Professional Conviction to the Medical Students in the Ethnic Universities——An example with School of Medicine Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities

在医学伦理学教学实践中,用自行设计的"医学伦理学问卷调查表"对2010级临床医学专业120名5年制本科学生进行书面问卷调查,重点分析研究了医学生医生职业信念的萌发、医生职业信念的坚定性以及对医学专业学习的兴趣性等,揭示了当前形势下医学生对医学事业献身精神的自觉程度和学习医学专业的内在动力的驱动原因。

120 5 - year- undergraduate medical students on campus have been surveyed by applying to with the auto-designed questionnaire in Medical Ethics teaching. The survey purposes to investigate on the aspects of the building up of the medical professional conviction, and to analyses on the influencing factors about the sta- bility of the professional conviction for the undergraduate medical students. The investigation reveals that the majority of the medical students intend to devote themselves to the medical field eternally at the present situa- tion.
