摘要
教学实践能力是教师职业能力的核心,是决定教学质量的重要因素,因此,提高师范生的教学实践能力是职前教师教育的重要目标之一。我校合并后,师范生的教学实践能力整体呈下滑趋势,其主要原因:教师教育弱化、生源质量下降、实践性课程不足、实践教学体系不完善、与基础教育缺乏沟通等,导致师范生的教学能力与求职及教学岗位的不适应。为此,应实施教师教育改革,确定面向基础教育发展的人才培养目标,突出教师教育特色;开设独立的实践性课程;实施全程教育实习;加强与基础教育的沟通与合作;实施"以生为本"的高年级分层实践教学模式,为提高师范生的教学实践能力提供制度保障和实践平台。
Teaching practice ability is the core of teachers' professional ability as well as the important factor of teaching quality. Therefore, improving the teaching practice ability of normal students is one of the major goals of pre - service teacher education. Since the mergenee of our university, the teaching practice ability of normal students has shown the falling trend mainly due to weakening of teacher education, the decline in student quality, lack of practical courses, inappropriate practice teaching system and lack of communication with basic e- ducation and on, which cause the actual teaching ability of normal students not to be suited to job - seeking and teaching position. Therefore, we should implement the reform of teacher education, set training objectives for basic education development and highlight the characteristics of teacher education, open the independent practical course, implement the whole teaching practice model, strengthen the communication and cooperation with the basic education and implement the "student- oriented" layered high grade practice teaching mode, which provide system guarantee and practical platform for enhancing the normal students' practice teaching abil- ity.
