摘要
小型底栖生物作为底栖食物网的重要环节,深入研究其种类组成,对底栖生物资源的可持续利用具有重要指导意义.2010年3月对红岛泥质潮间带小型底栖生物进行了研究.结果表明,共鉴定出6种小型底栖生物类群,线虫占主要优势,其次是桡足类.在水平分布上,低潮区线虫的平均丰度为1376.19±161.57 ind.10cm-2,极显著高于中潮区的644.44±206.26 ind.10cm-2;垂直分布上,线虫与桡足类主要分布在0~2cm的表层.共鉴定出自由生活线虫36种或分类实体,隶属于30属,优势种分别是Daptonema oxycerca、Ptycholaimellus sp.1、Terschellingia sp.等.研究区域的线虫平均丰富度指数、均匀度指数、多样性指数和优势度指数分别为4.868,0.686,2.457,0.165.
The role of meiofauna is important in benthic food web.Species composition of meiofauna has an important guiding significance to the sustainable utilization of benthic resources.The meiofauna in the muddy intertidal zone of Hongdao was studied in March 2010.A total of 6 groups were identified.Free living marine nematodes are the most dominant group,with benthic harpacticoid copepods in the second.The abundance of nematodes 1376.19-±-162.57 ind.10cm-2 in low tidal zone is significantly higher than that 644.44±206.26 ind.10cm-2in middle tidal zone.In the vertical distribution most of the marine nematodes and copepods were in the surface sediment.A total of 36 species or taxa were identified which belong to 30 genera.The dominant species were Daptonema oxycerca,Ptycholaimellus sp.1,Terschellingia sp.The average abundance index,evenness index,diversity index and dominance index are 4.868,0.686,2.457 and 0.165,respectively.
