摘要 目的:探讨经皮微创锁定钢板内固定(Mippo)技术治疗胫骨中下1/3骨折术后切口并发症的原因。方法:选取2008年9月~2012年4月行经皮微创锁定钢板内固定治疗的闭合性胫骨中下1/3骨折34例,并详细记录患者的性别、年龄、受伤原因、骨折类型、是否吸烟、是否合并糖尿病、手术时机、止血带使用时间、钢板是否贴附紧密并进行统计学分析。结果:34例患者术后9例(26.5%)出现伤口感染、渗出、血肿、切口裂开等并发症,其中受伤原因、钢板是否贴附紧密是引起切口并发症的主要原因。结论:根据受伤原因、骨折类型选择恰当的手术方式、术中细致的操作可以降低术后切口并发症的发生。 Objective:To explore the risk factors of wound complication after treatment of middle -distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis .Method s:34 cases was selected from September , 2008 to April, 2012 with closed middle-dis-tal tibial fractures were treated with MIPPO technique ,general information of the patients ,sex ,age ,injury causes,classification of frac-ture,smoking,delayed operation time,operation time,tourniquet time,plate attaching were documented to be analyzed statistically .Re-sults:We report an overall wound complication rate of 26.5%(9/34).Wound infection, exudation ,haematoma, dehiscence were noted in our series .injury causes and plate attaching were the primary risk factors .Conclusion:In order to decrease the wound complications fol-lowing operative fixation , the felicitous mode of the operation according to the injury causes and plate attaching , intra-operative careful manipulate should be taken .
