直肠拖出切除吻合术在低位直肠癌治疗中的应用

Rectal resection and anastomosis drag in low colorectal cancer treatment

目的:探讨直肠拖出切除吻合术在低位直肠癌治疗中治疗的作用。方法:选取我院2010年2月～2012年1月收治的50例进行直肠拖出切除吻合术的低位直肠癌患者临床资料,对手术治疗及患者恢复情况进行总结分析。结果:50例患者手术均成功完成,手术时间205.2±35.6分钟,手术出血量115.4±65.6分钟,平均切除淋巴结15.4±2.5枚,术后病理检查,10例患者为阳性,术后回肠造瘘平均排气时间3.6±1.0天,尿管平均留置时间3.5±0.5天,术后切口无并发症,患者住院时间15.2±3.5天,随访20个月,经临床检查无转移情况,患者肛门功能良好。结论:针对低位直肠癌患者,采用直肠拖出切除吻合术进行治疗,安全可行,适合低位直肠癌的临床保守治疗。

Objective：To study rectal resection and anastomosis low drag effect of the treatment of colorectal cancer treatment in. nethods：A hospital in February 2010 - January 2012 50 cases of rectal resection and anastomosis pulled low in patients with colorectal cancer clinical data, surgical treatment and recovery of patients were analyzed. Results：50 patients were successfully completed surgery, operative time （205.2 ±35.6） min, blood loss （ 115.4 ±65.6） min, mean excision of lymph node （ 15.4 ±2.5 ） pieces, postopera- tive pathological examination, 10 patients were positive, exhaust after ileostomy average time （3.6 ±1.0） d, the average indwelling catheter time （3.5 ±0.5） d, incision without complications, hospital stay （ 15.2 ±3.5） d, follow - up of 20 months, no metastases by clinical examination, the patient anal function well. Conclusion： For low colorectal cancer patients, the use of rectal resection and anas- tomosis dragged treatment, safe and feasible clinical conservative treatment is suitable for low colorectal cancer.
