自信心训练对女性精神分裂症患者自尊及生活质量的影响

Influence of assertiveness training on the Self- esteem and the Quality of Life of Female Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨自信心训练对女性精神分裂症患者自尊及生活质量的影响。方法:将78例康复期女性精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组各39例,并给予常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上进行自信心训练8周。采用自尊量表(SES)和世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WH O,QOL～100)分别于入组训练前后进行评估。结果:观察组进行自信心训练后,与对照组相比较,SES及QOL～100评分均高于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自信心训练有助于提高女性精神分裂症患者自尊水平,继而提高其生活质量。

Objective：To explore the influence of assertiveness training on the self -esteem and the quality of life of female patients with schizophrenia .Motheds：78 female patients with schizophrenia who had rehabilitated were randomly divided into observation group and control group .They were offered the conventional antipsychotic drug therapy and nursing .And then only the observation group would be offered Assertiveness training for 8 weeks.They were evaluated in The Self -Esteem Scale（SES） and The WHO Quality of Life Scale （WHO,QOL-100） before assertiveness training and after it.Results：After assertiveness training, training group scores were higher in SES and QOL-100 than control group （ p＆lt;0 .05 ） .Conclusion： Assertiveness training will improve the level of self -esteem of female schizophrenia patients , and then improve their quality of life .
