老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术辅助康复训练临床效果研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)结合术后康复训练治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集2010年1月~2011年12月辽宁省凤城市中心医院骨外科60例老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,比较所有患者术前、术后伤椎高度平均恢复率、Cobb角、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及生活质量评分法(ADL)评分;然后所有患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组采用PKP+术后康复训练,对照组只进行PKP,比较2组VAS评分及临床疗效差异。结果:术前与术后2组伤椎高度平均恢复率、Cobb角、ADL评分、VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者VAS评分和临床疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。(P<0.01)。结论:PKP结合术后康复训练治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效显著,术后康复训练显著促进胸腰椎压缩性骨折PKP术后骨折修复,值得临床推广使用。
