多平面经食管超声心动图诊断风心病左房血栓的临床价值 被引量:4

Clinical value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography in diagnosing left atria thrombi in patients with rheumatic heart disease

摘要 目的 评价多平面经食管超声心动图(MTEE)诊断风心病左房血栓的临床价值。方法 使用经胸超声心动图(TTE)与MTEE观察22例风心二尖瓣狭窄(MS)患者左房血栓形成情况。结果 TTE及MTEE的血栓检出率分别为14%及55%(P<0.01),MTEE能检出左房自发性超声显影(SEC)现象,而TTE则无法显示。结论 MTEE对左房血栓检出率极高,其应用对临床选择治疗方案、预防栓塞并发症等具有重要意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography MTEE in the diagnosing left atria thrombi in patients with rheumatic heart disease. Methods Imagic the information that left atria thrombi formed were noticed in 22 patients with mitra stenosis by thansthoracic echocardiography TTE and MTEE. Results The detecting rate of thrombi by TTE and MTEE were 14% and 55% respectively P<0.01 left atria spontaneous echo contrast SEC were detected by MTEE but not by TTE. Conclusion Detected rate of left atria thrombi by MTEE is much higher than by TTE the application of MTEE has important significance to choose suitable therapeutic plan so as to prevent embolic complications.
