低温等离子射频消融术辅助治疗OSAHS的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术辅助治疗OSAHS的临床效果。方法:OSAHS患者60例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各30例,2组都采用悬雍垂腭咽成形术,在此基础上治疗组给予低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术。结果:治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为83.3%和66.7%,2组组间对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。2组术后鼻堵、鼻塞、呼吸不畅等不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频消融术辅助治疗OSAHS能有效提高治疗疗效,且安全性好,拥有更好的适应证。
