理工科新生职业生涯规划团体辅导模式的成效研究——以苏州科技学院土木学院为例

Outcome Research of Group Counseling of Career Planning of the Science and Engineering Freshmen——A Case Study on School of Civil Engineering of Suzhou University of Science and Technology

为了深入探讨团体心理辅导在大学理工科新生职业生涯规划中的积极作用,文章在梳理苏州科技学院土木工程学院2011级学生职业生涯规划团体辅导模式的基础上,运用团体满意度评估、自本评估等相关量表对团体辅导活动进行了直观的效果分析和深入的对照研究,以期为团体辅导在理工科新生职业生涯规划教育中的普及推广夯实基础。

In order to further explore the positive role of group psychological counseling of occupational career planning of science and engineering freshmen in universities, on the basis of group counseling of occupation career planning of students in 2011 of School of Civil Engineering, Suzhou University of Science and Technology, this article will use the relevant scale such as group satisfaction assessment, the self assessment scale to do visual effect analysis and in-depth comparative study on group counseling activities, in order to lay a solid foundation for popularization of group counseling in the occupational career planning education in science and engineering freshmen.
