基于JSP和VF的就业管理平台设计

Employment Regulation Platform Design based on JSP and VF

近年来,随着高校不断地扩招,毕业生数量急剧增长,高校就业指导部门需要处理的信息也随之迅速膨胀,传统手工处理信息的方式已经不能满足日益增长的信息处理的要求。该文从解决就业信息管理中的问题出发,结合就业管理的职能,设计了高校毕业生就业管理平台。采用了JSP和Visual Fox技术构建了就业管理信息系统,并详细介绍了其功能特点、模块设计及功能实现过程。经过测试表明,该平台能够解决毕业生就业企业招聘的问题,减轻了高校就业管理人员的工作负担。

In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges, the number of graduates grew rapidly, and the information for the employment guidance department to deal with continuous expanded. Therefore, the traditional manual way of dealing with information could not meet the growing demand for the graduates＇ information processing. In order to solve various problems in employment information management, combining the employment management functions, the author designed a college graduate＇s employment management platform. The platform used the technology of JSP and Visual Fox, constructed integrated employment management information system, introduced the functional characteristics, module design and related realization process. Finally, the actual test showed that the platform could effectively solve the recruitment problems of graduates and related enterprises, and effectively reduced the staff＇s burden.
