摘要 手术科室病人诊疗流程是否畅通 ,直接影响着病人的切身利益和医院的整体效益。手术室、麻醉科形成的“瓶颈”,医技科室检查预约、检查结果出报告的周期过长及术前准备不足是手术科室病人诊疗流程不畅的主要原因。打破“瓶颈”,加强管理 ,重组诊疗流程 ,提高手术效率 ,是我院几年来对手术科室病人诊疗流程进行改革的重要举措 ,因而 ,在手术床位基本不变的情况下 ,使我院的手术例数翻了一番。 The obstruction of the treatment procedure in department of operation directly influenced patients' profit and hospital's benefit. The main reasons that caused the obstruction were the neck of bottle formed in department of operation and department of anesthesia, the reservation for check-up in department of medical technology, the long cycle for a check-up report and insufficient preparation before operation. In recent years, some measures were taken to deal with these problems, such as breaking down the neck of bottle, strengthening management, reorganizing the treatment procedure and improving operative efficiency. As the result, the operative cases doubled under the condition of the same number of operative beds.
