患者就医意向与社区卫生服务

Patient's Intention of Visiting Doctor and Community Health Service.

文章对门诊患者就医意向进行了调查 ,结果发现 :45 .2 %的患者一般选择大医院就医 ,2 1.7%的患者选择中小医院就医 ,45 .6 %的患者选择副教授以上的医生。在选择医院或医生时 ,首要考虑因素均是医疗技术水平。调查结果提示 ,开展社区卫生服务必须要有高素质的社区医务人员 ,才能更好地引导群众建立合理的就医行为 ,使社区卫生服务真正被社区居民所接受。

We surveyed the outpatient's intention of visiting doctor. The result showed that there were 45.2% outpatients who usually selected general hospitals and 21.7% outpatients who selected the middle or small hospitals when they were sick. There were 45.6% outpatients who usually selected doctors with the professional title of associate professor and above. The survey result proved that it was necessary to have community health workers with qualified medical knowledge and technology when implementing community health service. That would lead residents to establish proper behavior of visiting doctors and make them voluntarily accept the community health service.
