根据新时期农村合作医疗的特点与要求 ,制定乡镇适用的合作医疗评价指标体系 ,该体系突出政府责任与合作医疗运行系统的作用 ,强调提供基本医疗服务与预防保健 ,采用定量与半定量相结合的办法 ,进行加权统计 ,以总分的高低评价农村合作医疗的成效。

We made out an assessment system of cooperation medical system that could be fit for townships according to the characteristics and requirement of CMS in the new period. This assessment system laid stress on the responsibility of government and the role of operational system of CMS. The assessment system combined quantified method and half-quantified method to weight and do statistics and assessed the effect of CMS with total score.
